What salon appointment software does
Appointment software replaces the paper diary and the back-and-forth of booking by phone or direct message. Clients see the times that are actually free, based on each service's duration, each team member's working hours and time off, and the buffers you set between appointments.
When a client books, the appointment goes straight into your diary and the client gets a confirmation. Reminders go out before the visit, and the client record keeps their contact details and appointment history for next time.

Appointments that fit your team's real hours
Set working hours for each team member, change them for particular dates, and add holidays and time off. Choose which services each person offers, so a colour appointment is only offered with the stylists who do colour. Clients choose the team member they want when they book.
With Google Calendar sync, appointments appear in each team member's Google Calendar, and busy time there blocks online booking, so a personal appointment does not get double-booked.

Reschedules, cancellations and the waiting list
Clients can sign in to see and manage their appointments, and your team can move or cancel any appointment in the admin diary. Your cancellation rules are shown to clients before they book.
When a day is fully booked, clients can join the waiting list. Your team sees each request in the admin area and can offer the time when a slot comes free.
Reminders and deposits
Email confirmations and reminders come with every plan. Text reminders are an optional paid add-on: the first goes 2, 4, 12, 24 or 48 hours before the appointment, an optional second one 1 to 3 hours before, and texts are only sent between 7am and 9pm salon time.
Connect Stripe to take a deposit or full payment when the client books, or let them pay in the salon. Online payments go into your own Stripe account, and Stripe charges its standard card fees.

Share one booking link everywhere
Your booking page works in any phone or computer browser, so clients do not need to download an app. Add the link to your Google Business Profile, Instagram, website and a QR code at reception, and every booking lands in the same diary.

What salon appointment software costs
Basic is £0 a month with unlimited staff and every feature; your client pays a £0.99 booking fee when they pay online. Professional is £9.99 a month and removes that fee for your whole team. Enterprise is £49.99 a month for businesses with several locations. There is no commission on any booking.
Signing up starts a 60-day trial with no card, and nothing is charged when it ends. There is no automatic import from another system: during personal setup we add your services, prices and availability with you.
