Clients book themselves, any time
Your booking page works in any phone or computer browser, so clients do not download an app. Share the link on Instagram, your Google Business Profile and your website, or print its QR code.
Clients choose a treatment, see its price and duration, pick a free time and book. The appointment goes straight into your diary and the client gets a confirmation, so you are not answering messages between treatments.

A treatment menu that matches your work
Add each treatment with its own price, duration and description: facials, waxing, brows, lashes, nails, massage or make-up. Set buffer time between appointments so you have time to reset the room, and the free times clients see already allow for it.
Set your working hours, change them for particular dates and block out holidays. If you take on a second therapist, give them their own hours and treatments; every plan includes unlimited staff.
Consent forms for the treatments that need them
Build consent forms from a pre-built template, such as the beauty and spa consent template, or start from scratch, and attach each form to the treatments that need it. Clients sign online, and can view and download their signed forms from their account.

Reminders, deposits and cancellations
Email confirmations and reminders come with every plan. Text reminders are an optional paid add-on: the first goes 2, 4, 12, 24 or 48 hours before the appointment, an optional second one 1 to 3 hours before, and texts are only sent between 7am and 9pm.
Connect Stripe and clients can pay in full or pay a deposit when they book, with the rest paid at your business; online payments go into your own Stripe account and Stripe charges its standard card fees. Until you connect Stripe, clients book and pay in person, with no booking fee.
Your booking policy sets a free-cancellation period, a no-refund window close to the appointment, the refund percentage in between, a short grace period after booking and the minimum notice for rescheduling. Clients see it before they book.

Where you work
Appointments are booked at your business address. Travelling to clients' homes is not modelled: there is no travel time between visits or client address on the booking, so mobile beauticians manage those details themselves.
What it costs
Basic is £0 a month with unlimited staff and every feature; your client pays a £0.99 booking fee when they pay online. Professional is £9.99 a month and removes that fee, and Enterprise is £49.99 a month for businesses with several locations. There is no commission on any booking.
Signing up starts a 60-day trial with no card, and nothing is charged when it ends. There is no automatic import from another system: during personal setup we add your services, prices and availability with you.
