Consultations first, then treatments
Add a consultation as its own bookable service, with a description that explains what happens at it. List treatments with their own durations and prices, and say in each description when a consultation is needed first; the practitioner decides whether a treatment is suitable.
Each practitioner has their own hours, time off and treatments, and clients choose who they see.
Consent forms attached to treatments
Build a consent form for each type of treatment and attach it to the services that need it. Clients sign online, and can view and download their signed forms from their account. Write your forms with your own clinical and insurance requirements; Elite Booker provides the form, not the medical content.
Deposits for longer and higher-value appointments
Connect Stripe and clients can pay in full or pay a deposit when they book, with the rest paid at your business; online payments go into your own Stripe account and Stripe charges its standard card fees. Until you connect Stripe, clients book and pay in person, with no booking fee.
Your booking policy sets a free-cancellation period, a no-refund window close to the appointment, the refund percentage in between, a short grace period after booking and the minimum notice for rescheduling. Clients see it before they book.

Reminders and client records
Email confirmations and reminders come with every plan. Text reminders are an optional paid add-on: the first goes 2, 4, 12, 24 or 48 hours before the appointment, an optional second one 1 to 3 hours before, and texts are only sent between 7am and 9pm.
Every booking adds to the client's record, with their contact details and appointment history. After a visit, you can ask clients for a review.
A clinic website with booking built in
Your booking page works in any phone or computer browser, so clients do not download an app. Share the link on Instagram, your Google Business Profile and your website, or print its QR code.
The website builder includes aesthetics and clinic templates, so your booking page can be your clinic's website.

What it costs
Basic is £0 a month with unlimited staff and every feature; your client pays a £0.99 booking fee when they pay online. Professional is £9.99 a month and removes that fee, and Enterprise is £49.99 a month for businesses with several locations. There is no commission on any booking.
Signing up starts a 60-day trial with no card, and nothing is charged when it ends. There is no automatic import from another system: during personal setup we add your services, prices and availability with you.
