What happens after signup?
Creating an account starts your 60-day trial. We don't ask for a card, and nothing is charged when the trial ends. A paid plan or add-on starts only when you choose it and pay at checkout.
Your software plan
Basic is £0 a month. Professional and Enterprise are monthly prices, billed monthly. Every plan includes every feature and unlimited staff. You can upgrade to Professional from your dashboard at any time.
Booking and payment charges
On Basic, your client pays a £0.99 booking fee when they pay online; you keep your full service price. Until you connect Stripe, clients book and pay at the salon, with no booking fee. Professional and Enterprise have no booking fee for anyone on your team. On Basic, Elite Booker also keeps £0.99 from your payout on each shop order or gift card sold online; your buyer does not pay it. Professional and Enterprise have no fee on these. Card payments are processed by Stripe, which charges its standard card fees.
SMS reminders
Email confirmations and reminders come with every plan. Text messages are an optional paid add-on that you switch on in your dashboard, where the price is shown before you subscribe.

Pricing questions
What happens when I create an account?
You get 60 days to use Elite Booker with no card required. Nothing is charged when the trial ends; a paid plan only starts if you choose one and pay at checkout.
Are booking fees and card processing the same charge?
No. The £0.99 booking fee on Basic is paid by your client to Elite Booker. Card processing is Stripe's charge for taking a payment, and it applies to online payments on every plan.
How do I move to Professional?
Open Features & Subscriptions in your dashboard and subscribe there. It covers everyone on your team, is billed monthly and can be cancelled from the same page.
Is SMS included?
Email confirmations and reminders come with every plan. SMS is an optional paid add-on you can switch on from your dashboard; you see the price before you subscribe.
Which plan should I choose?
Start on Basic. Move to Professional when you would rather pay £9.99 a month than have your clients pay the booking fee, and talk to us about Enterprise if you run several locations. If you're not sure, message us with your team size and we'll tell you which plan fits.
