Frequently asked questions
Which calendars does Elite Booker sync with?
Google Calendar. Each team member connects the primary calendar of their own Google account. Microsoft Outlook and Apple iCloud calendars are not supported yet.
What is two-way sync?
Confirmed Elite Booker appointments are added to Google Calendar, updated when they are rescheduled and removed when they are cancelled. In the other direction, events marked Busy in Google Calendar block those times from online booking. Events marked Free and invitations you have declined do not.
Does calendar sync work on mobile?
Appointments are added to your Google Calendar, so they appear wherever that calendar is shown, including the Google Calendar app and iPhone Calendar once your Google account is added to it.
What if I have multiple staff members?
Each team member connects their own Google account. Business owners can start the connection for any team member from Settings, and each team member can manage their own.
How often does it sync?
New bookings, reschedules and cancellations are sent to Google Calendar as they happen. Busy time from Google Calendar is refreshed at least once a minute and checked again when a client books.
