Add classic, hybrid and volume sets, infills and removals as separate services, each with its own price, duration and description. Clients choose the right appointment at the start, so an infill is not booked into a full-set slot.
Explain in each description what the appointment includes and when a client should contact you first, for example about a patch test. Elite Booker does not track patch tests automatically; keep them as part of your own process.
Your own lash booking site
Your booking page works in any phone or computer browser, so clients do not download an app. Share the link on Instagram, your Google Business Profile and your website, or print its QR code.
The website builder has templates for nails, lashes and brows, so your booking page can also be your website, with your gallery, price list and reviews.

Deposits and a clear booking policy
Connect Stripe and clients can pay in full or pay a deposit when they book, with the rest paid at your business; online payments go into your own Stripe account and Stripe charges its standard card fees. Until you connect Stripe, clients book and pay in person, with no booking fee.
Your booking policy sets a free-cancellation period, a no-refund window close to the appointment, the refund percentage in between, a short grace period after booking and the minimum notice for rescheduling. Clients see it before they book.

Reminders before every appointment
Email confirmations and reminders come with every plan. Text reminders are an optional paid add-on: the first goes 2, 4, 12, 24 or 48 hours before the appointment, an optional second one 1 to 3 hours before, and texts are only sent between 7am and 9pm.
Consent forms and client records
Attach a consent form to your lash services. Clients sign online, and every booking adds to the client's record with their contact details and appointment history.
What it costs
Basic is £0 a month with unlimited staff and every feature; your client pays a £0.99 booking fee when they pay online. Professional is £9.99 a month and removes that fee, and Enterprise is £49.99 a month for businesses with several locations. There is no commission on any booking.
Signing up starts a 60-day trial with no card, and nothing is charged when it ends. There is no automatic import from another system: during personal setup we add your services, prices and availability with you.
